Pick a slot from the calendar. Tell us what the job is.
One of our team calls you at the time you booked. We'll work through the basics. Type of property, current flooring, scope, deadlines, who's coordinating the job. As short or as long as the job needs.
By the end of the call, one of three things happens. We schedule a site visit because the job is the kind of work we do well. We refer you to someone better suited if it isn't. Or we send you a clear next-step email with whatever you asked for.

You've probably had this happen before. You ring around, get three quotes, pick the middle one, and find out halfway through the job that the price has changed, the timeline has slipped, and nobody told the assessor anything.
It happens because most contractors quote without understanding the job.
The phone call exists so that doesn't happen with us. We ask the questions that actually matter. What's underneath the current floor, what the building is being used for, who's coordinating, what the deadline is, what's already been promised by someone else. By the end of the call we know whether we can do it, who from our team should come look at it, and what you can expect on the next quote we send through.
If we're not the right team for the job, we'll tell you that on the call too.
As long as the job needs. Some calls are five minutes for a small carpet replacement with a clear scope. Others run twenty or thirty when there's a phased commercial install or a corporate refit to plan around. Book the call and we'll match the time to the job.
Two lines about the job in the booking form. Type of property, rough size if you know it, and whether it's a renovation, a new build, a replacement, or a commercial fit-out. That's all we need to come prepared.
No charge for the call. No charge for the site visit if we agree one is worth doing.
Yes. We install flooring directly for insurance companies and commercial banks on their corporate properties. Branches, head offices, regional hubs, and commercial premises. The work is usually scheduled around branch operating hours, weekends, or planned shutdowns so the building keeps functioning. If you're a procurement, facilities, or property contact at an insurer or bank looking for a flooring contractor, that's exactly the kind of work we do.
Yes. We've done full re-floors during school holidays where the building had to be back in operation by the first day of term. Tell us your dates on the call and we'll work backwards from there.
Carpet, laminate, vinyl, timber, ceramic and porcelain tiles, and specialised commercial flooring for schools, hospitals, offices, and high-traffic environments. If you're not sure what your space needs, the call is the place to figure that out.
All of Gauteng. Pretoria, Johannesburg, Centurion, Sandton, the East Rand, the West Rand, and everywhere in between. For projects outside Gauteng, ask on the call. We take them on case by case.
No. Phased installations are part of what we do. We've worked in hospital environments where the ward kept operating around the install. Bring the constraints to the call and we'll plan around them.
Depends on the materials and the size of the job. Standard residential installs can usually start within two to three weeks. Larger commercial and institutional jobs we plan further out so suppliers, materials, and the team are properly aligned. Specific dates come with your quote.
That's fine. The quote stays valid. We don't run a follow-up sequence trying to wear you down. When you're ready, you call us back.
